We're totally committed to looking after the welfare of our young people.  They need support, understanding and compassion, even when they're at their most challenging!  We don't give up on them and we're always looking for Support Workers and Key Workers who share our commitment to join our team.  If this describes you and you're interested in finding out more about our vacancies, please call 01708 345989 or send your CV to Info@asafehouseuk.co.uk

Our aim is to always recruit the best person for each vacancy.  Any offers we make will be based purely on objective assessment methods.  We're committed to being fair and consistent and we follow a robust recruitment process in line with Safer Recruitment guidelines to make sure that we don't employ people who are unsuitable to work with children and young people.

Our priority is to promote the welfare of young people and keep them safe.  To enable us to safeguard our young people, our Recruitment Policy requires all applicants who successfully complete the selection process to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Services check prior to starting employment.  If you've lived outside of the UK for 6 consecutive months or more, you'll be required to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct from the countries in which you were living.

In line with The Asylum and Immigration Act 2006, we only accept applications from candidates who have the legal right to work in the UK.

We're also committed to equality, valuing diversity and working inclusively across all our activities.  We aim to have a workforce that represents a variety of backgrounds and cultures and can provide the relevant knowledge, abilities and skills for our organisation.
